We understand your plans to join Everest’s Micromasters program may change. We offer the opportunity to shift your admission, defer your enrollment, and withdraw from your program. Some additional policies apply if you are company-sponsored, so please review those details if they apply to you.
For Learners in a Corporate Training Program
You may not defer or receive a refund if you are a company-sponsored participant enrolled in a program through your employer. If you wish to withdraw, please contact the appropriate representative at your company and they will inform our representative. These restrictions do not apply if you completed an application, paid for the program yourself, and plan to request employer reimbursement – you are still eligible for deferrals and refunds in this case.
For Learners in a Micromasters Program
Deferring Your Enrollment: Once you have enrolled and paid for a program, you may request a deferral of your enrollment by calling Everest business consulting phone number (+201226291433). We will enroll you in a later offering of the same program, subject to the policies below.
- You may request an enrollment deferral at any time before your program starting date, and up to 7 days before the start of your program.
- You may only defer once. If you have previously deferred, you will not be eligible for an additional deferral or a refund. For this reason, please consider requesting a refund if your program has not started and you are uncertain about joining a later program.
Withdrawals and Refunds
After enrolling in a program, you may request a withdrawal with a refund up until 10 days before the start of your Micromasters Program.
Once you have requested your withdrawal with a refund, we will return funds to the payment method used while enrolling, minus a 100 £ nonrefundable enrollment fee within 15 days.
No withdrawals or refunds are granted after the start of the program. Refunds will not be permitted for company-sponsored participants who enrolled through their employers. (This does not include participants who applied as an individual and plan to get reimbursed by their employer.)
You may request a withdrawal without a refund if you have completed less than half of your program. Withdrawing will allow you to apply and enroll in the program at a later time.
Micromasters Programs Cancellation policy
If Everest Business Consulting cancels your Micromasters program for any reason (technical, administrative, or financial), you have the below options:
- You may claim a full refund (we will refund funds to the payment method used when enrolling within 15 days).
- You may request an enrollment deferral; we will enroll you in a subsequent offering of the same program with no additional fees and, the same discount.
- You can use the fees you’ve already paid as a six-month coupon to enroll in any other Micromasters program.
Policy Exceptions
We understand that life throws us curveballs. On a case-by-case basis, Everest Business Consulting may make exceptions to our deadline, deferral, and withdrawal policies.
The following are examples of extreme life circumstances:
- An unexpected medical issue affecting you or a dependent.
- A family member’s death.
- A large-scale catastrophe such as a natural disaster.
Early and active communication is critical for us to be able to support you through this difficult time. Within one week after your life event, we expect you to make every reasonable attempt to contact us. Regardless of the circumstances, no requests received more than 15 days before your Micromasters program’s final deadline will be accepted. We advise you to complete your coursework as much as possible while your request for an exception is being considered.
